Pallet Flow Racking System

Pallet Flow Racking System uses a combination of gravity and angled casters rails. Pallets are fed from the rear of the system and it flows to the front for retrieval. This system is well suited to FIFO (First In First Out) goods workflow which can be used in the Drinks Industry and buffer storage for manufacturing facilities.

Thanks to the automated braking system, when pallets are loaded onto the tracks they will be slowed down towards the retrieval end for a safer retrieval sequence.

Drive In Pallet Racking Syste,

Drive In Pallet Racking is a unique purposed built system with LIFO/FIFO & batch driven production in mind. The Drive In Racking System is a high density storage solution which maximises the height and space allocated by the reduction of forklift operating aisleways.

Pallets are placed one behind the other on the pallet rails with retrieval being on one end or frontal and rear entry. Retrieval and storage is extremely simple, drive the reach truck or forklift within and retrieve the pallet by lifting and reversing out of the rack.

Very Narrow Aisle Racking System

Very Narrow Aisle Racking System takes cues from the Adjustable Pallet Racking System but lowers the aisleway size by almost half. The narrower aisle makes the storage volume more dense as compared to conventional Adjustable Pallet Racking System. The heights Very Narrow Aisle Racking can reach is slightly higher due to the purpose built VNA Truck, some can pick from a height of 20 meters. Rail or Wire guided trucks allow for precise movement between aisleways.

The Double Deep Pallet Racking System has some tricks up it’s sleeve by eliminating aisleways and creating more pallet locations. Back Stoppers

Back Stoppers are a basic engineering control for the usage of Adjustable Pallet Racking, it allows the forklift driver to know when it is at the end of the usable overhang. Without this the pallet might have a tendency of being seated too far into the rack making it a hazard for that pallet to potentially fall through the beams.
